Section 8 of 11 — Pipeline & Traction
Pre-revenue with identified pipeline — first PE certificates in delivery
Celium is pre-revenue at pre-seed. The pipeline reflects founder-led conversations across all four verticals. First deployments are in progress in nature. The commercial signal from these engagements validates willingness-to-pay and the core architecture before the seed round accelerates the GTM.

Note: This is a pre-seed pipeline, not a contracted revenue base. All figures are indicative ACVs based on engagement discussions. The signal quality matters more than the number at this stage — and the signal across all four verticals confirms the payability infrastructure gap is real, painful, and worth paying to solve.

Build and commercial milestones
Q4 2025
Completed
Core EP → VD → PE artefact chain built
Evidence Pack ingestion, policy engine, Acceptance Decision generation, and PE output functional in a working environment. End-to-end artefact chain demonstrated.
Q4 2025
Completed
Nature pack v0 deployed with first operator
Nature-specific evidence schema, acceptance logic, and payability rules configured. First real-world Evidence Pack submitted by a landholder operator.
Q1 2026
In progress
First PE certificate accepted by buyer without modification
The key commercial proof point. A buyer’s AP or programme team accepts a Celium-generated PE artefact as the authoritative payment eligibility trigger. No manual overrides.
Q2 2026
In progress
Pre-seed close ($750k convertible)
Pre-seed round at $4.25M pre / $5M post. Proceeds fund 12 months of runway: first commercial deployments, IT pack development, and seed round preparation.
Q3 2026
Planned
Nature pack v1 — first paying customer
Nature pack productised to repeatable deployment standard. First contracted ARR generated. Pack documentation and deployment guide completed for partner use.
Q4 2026
Planned
IT pack v0 — Jira/ServiceNow integration live
IT managed services evidence schema and acceptance logic built. Jira and ServiceNow connectors functional. First IT enterprise pilot in deployment.
Q2 2027
Planned
Seed round ($2M) — first AE hire
Seed round at $16M post-money. Proceeds fund first Account Executive, government pack v0 pilot with audit firm partner, and Series A preparation.

The pre-seed milestone that matters most is the first unmodified PE certificate acceptance. That event de-risks the commercial thesis and establishes the quality bar for all subsequent deployments.

Market validation signals across four dimensions
Pain validation
Payment delays confirmed across all four verticals
Conversations with 20+ programme operators, buyers, and investors confirm that payment delay, evidence fragmentation, and acceptance ambiguity are acute, costly, and unsolved. Not a feature request — a structural gap.
Signal: unprompted budget allocation in 3 of 8 advanced conversations
WTP validation
Willingness to pay confirmed at target ACV levels
Nature programme operators, impact funds, and enterprise IT buyers have indicated budgets in the $30k–$120k ACV range. Government conversations indicate higher ACVs but longer procurement cycles.
Signal: 2 of 3 advanced-stage conversations reached commercial terms discussion
Architecture validation
EP → VD → PE chain works in a real deployment
The core artefact chain has been demonstrated with real-world evidence from a nature programme. The PE output format has been reviewed and validated by a buyer’s finance team as usable for their internal approval process.
Signal: buyer finance team confirmed PE format meets their AP requirements
Partner validation
Partner distribution model confirmed as viable
Initial conversations with audit firms and MRV providers confirm that a Celium deployment capability would be additive to their client offering. Partner certification model has received positive indication from 2 firms.
Signal: 2 assurance firms expressed interest in formal partner programme

The most important single validation signal is the buyer finance team confirming that a Celium PE certificate meets their AP requirements without modification. That is the gate to all subsequent commercial scaling — and it has been cleared in at least one live engagement.
